Kevin Monroe of XFactor gave a great presentation yesterday on Sustainability for programs and for organizations. LEAD hosted the event.
In the morning, it was emphasized that we need to look at people as investors, not donors. This is a change in the giving community that makes for changes in how we do business.
It is important that you track your outcomes, not just your activities; that you know the return on investment from your programs; and that your results provide systemic change.
