Program

To survive,organizations need to focus on many other things than providing services to their clients.

Many begin with a spark of inspiration and a passion to serve, but passion and vision are not enough for survival and success.

We offer a curriculum to provide business capacity training for not for profits that have a 501c3.

Our training will help you generate resources and grow your ministry by focusing on four areas

Fundraising

Board Development

Volunteer Management

Administration

You will be trained by professionals.  We will provide you with a personal mentor to help build your ministry’s capacity.

Our program is over a ten month period to allow you to work on your organization while you work in your organization.  Classes meet every other Friday morning.  Semesters begin in January and July.
