Kevin Monroe

Kevin D. Monroe, B.A., M.A., is the founder and Managing Partner of X Factor Consulting, LLC.  X Factor Consulting is a marketing and management firm that builds, strengthens, and grows leaders and organizations for greater impact. Since 2002, he has served as a consultant to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

He works with a broad range of nonprofit organizations across the country helping them identify and implement best practices of organizational and leadership development in extremely practical ways. He is a Professional Member of the National Speakers’ Association and speaks at numerous regional and national conferences on a variety of key topics for nonprofit leaders. Kevin is an avid observer of leadership and its impact on organizations. He authors two monthly newsletters, Sustainability Strategies and Great Grassroots Governance, for nonprofit leaders.

Gregg Pawlowski

Gregg Pawlowski’s passion is to equip ministry leaders to fully fund their mission for greater kingdom impact. He’s worked with organizations across the country to increase their fundraising capacity, helping to raise millions of dollars to increase their effectiveness.  As a fundraising coach, consultant, trainer and speaker, he specializes in fundraising and leadership development, having served scores of successful leaders in the non-profit and for profit sectors.  His diverse background is a blend of over 30 years of non-profit and business executive leadership experience, leading organizations to higher performance. Combining his passion and experience with being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he is uniquely qualified to help leaders and their organizations achieve accelerated fundraising results. He served as the Executive Director of The Dove Children’s Hospital Movie Channel, reaching over 1.0 million hospitalized children annually. Gregg is also a leadership coach with UGA’s Terry College of Business M.B.A. program.

Carla Wellington

Carla Wellington is the owner and principal consultant of Vision Communications Group (VCG) which provides training, coaching, consulting, meeting facilitation and writing/editing services to businesses, nonprofits and individuals in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development, program development and leadership development. VCG is dedicated to helping leaders clarify, communicate and connect others to their vision by educating and equipping them with the essential knowledge, tools, and resources to achieve their goals and overall mission—with excellence! Carla provides her clients with a strong understanding, confidence and ability to identify, address and overcome their unique obstacles by breaking complicated concepts and issues down to ‘bite-sized chunks’. Carla is passionate about helping organizations and individuals function efficiently and effectively to make the most impact in the lives of their clients, their communities and their world. She is co-author of the book Savvy Leadership Strategies for Women and conducts ongoing workshops and coaching programs for women seeking to awaken their gifts and start living their dreams.
