Agape Women's Ministry Nonprofit in Training

Over four years ago, Agape Women’s Ministry began in Atlanta, GA with a passion to mentor young women and girls. After a mission trip to Liberia (where Executive Director Kimberlyn Abbey was born), they quickly realized the need for greater assistance for the women and girls encountered. Their plan is to open Agape House, outside of Monrovia, in January 2017. There they will provide life skills training as well as giving young women a chance to work in a cleaning business.IMG_1599 (2) “LEAD has had a great impact on our ministry” said Kimberlyn. “I realized what I thought I knew I didn’t know. I liked the focus on reaching people’s hearts, to connect to your mission and their calling.” “The Mentoring experience has been great, Bill has truly been a sounding board for me. I’m able to present my thoughts, and he helps me to integrate all the inputs into an action plan. He has been such a blessing, thanks to his encouragement and insights.” For more information, check out their website at http://www.agapewomensministry.org/
