Another LEAD Ministry Making an Impact: The Collective at Cumberland

The Collective at Cumberland provides community development through educational work force development. They also provide student programs, and a construction ready job training program, with a 100% placement rate for graduates. Stacy BruStacy Brungardtngardt, Program Director, recently completed the ten month LEAD training for nonprofit leaders. “LEAD Training gave me the vocabulary I needed to talk with donors. Now I’m writing grants, with two wins this year. I really liked the Ministry Resume… it was a painful process to develop, but is so tremendously helpful for fundraising” says Stacy. “Learning with others who are sharing the same challenges is valuable. The interactive format of classes is great. The tools and handouts are a great reference resource for when issues arise.” “Thank you for setting me up with the best coach ever. Angie Wessner and I have a great rapport, she has been patient, knowledgable and supportive. She’s provided great feedback and encouragement.” For more on the Collective, click here.
