In Training: Hugging His Lambs, Reaching Atlanta's Latino Community

Most people meet Jesus between 4 and 14 years of age. Hugging His Lambs is a ministry focused on equipping Hispanic ministry leaders to reach that population with the message of Jesus. They provide training and resources to the leaders, as well as running summer camps for the kids. “LEAD has greatly benefitted our organization. It is an opportunity to open my mind and find the areas that need improvement in my ministry. And then it provides the tools and knowledge necessary to improve. The practical training is excellent, particularly the fundraising ‘ask’ practice session which really increased my confidence” said Monica Larrea, Executive Director. She added “We have been blessed to have Drew as our coach. He is an experienced Executive Director who shares his experiences, and is helping us move to the next level.
