Kevin has worked with hundreds of nonprofit leaders and boards and brings a commonsense approach that is grounded in Servant Leadership. He is the founder of X Factor Consulting and has served nonprofits including Meals on Wheels, Boys & Girls Clubs, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Rainbow Village. He serves as faculty for The LEAD Institute. Gregg Pawlowski, PCC, CLTMC – Gregg's passion is to equip and empower nonprofit leaders to fully fund their mission for greater community impact. He's worked with nonprofit organizations across the country to increase their fundraising capacity, helping to raise millions of dollars to increase mission impact. As a fundraising coach, consultant, trainer and speaker, he specializes in fundraising, board and leadership development, having served scores of successful leaders in the non-profit and for profit sectors.
