The LEAD Institute Programs

The LEAD Institute Atlanta offers four programs annually.

Subject matter experts provide bi-weekly classroom training over a ten-month period. This fifty-five hour program allows leaders to work on their organization while they work in their organization. Each leader is provided with an experienced business person as a coach during training.

For graduates, these classes build on the primary training program.

Board Roles and Responsibilities: The three hour workshop provides insights that increase the effectiveness of board members.
Fundraising for boards: This three hour workshop develops the fundraising skills of board members.

A monthly ‘executive’ roundtable maintains alumni relationships. We also facilitate a bi-monthly roundtable of Mission Pastors.
