Founded in 2007, the LEAD Institute has been empowering faith-called nonprofit leaders in Atlanta for more than a decade. LEAD strives to be a trusted resource, providing programs that are designed to equip, connect, and transform nonprofit leaders and organizations.
LEAD abides by its guiding principles to ensure our programs are rooted in:
- Capacity-Building Curriculum – Foundational business training and opportunities to practice new skills
- Committed Coaches – Partnerships between creative, compassionate nonprofit leaders and faithful, skilled businesspeople
- Connected Cohorts – Community of nonprofit peers and experienced trainers
- Confident Calling – Support to share authentic selves and stories, including faith-based call
